Hesse, André & Co. (GmbH & Co.) KG arose 1971 by merger of the companies George Hesse and C. André & Co..

The alliance of these old-established Hamburg im- and export houses, origins of which are dating back to the 18th century, created supplementary possibilities for new products and markets.

During more than 40 years of trading various kinds of goods with overseas customers we were able to acquire extensive knowledge and experience. Competence, reliability and individual service have always been of great importance to us and have been rewarded by long lasting loyalty of our clients.

Changes and globalisation of the international business have led to specialisation in certain areas so that for the past couple of years we have been concentrating our activities on 3 particular lines - with big success:

With the takeover of the company KOCH Consulting + Export e.K. in 2006 we had the opportunity to add a useful partner to our technical department
